I. TROUBLESHOOTING PROGRAMS:

 

a. TWO-DAY PROGRAM: ​IN-HOUSE, 12 HOURS w/Consultant

 

This Program includes the following:

 

​* ​Reviewing problem claims and preparing necessary appeals

​* Showing the Biller how to make ​pre-auth and peer-to-peer phone calls (listen in as Consultant makes the calls for you)

​* ​Preparation of ​TEN (10) claims/appeals and their documentation with you​, start to finish, ready to send out​

 

 

b. ONE-DAY PROGRAM: ​IN-HOUSE, 6 HOURS, w/Consultant

 

This Program includes the following:

 

* ​Reviewing problem claims and preparing necessary appeals

​* Showing the Biller how to make ​peer-to-peer phone calls (listen in as Consultant makes the calls for you)

​* ​Preparation of ​five (5) appeals and their documentation with you, ready to send out​



 

II. REFRESHER COURSES:

 

a. TWO-DAY PROGRAM: ​IN-HOUSE, 12 HOURS w/Consultant

 

This Program includes the following:

 

* Phone and online pre-authorizations

* Setting up the new claim form software using SpeedyClaims, templates, training on claim preparation using the new CMS (02/12) form

* Bringing you up to speed with the requirements for Documentation preparation

* Preparation of ten (10 claims) from the pre-auth to claim and documentation completion, ready to send out

  

 

B. ONE-DAY PROGRAM: ​IN-HOUSE, 6 HOURS w/Consultant

 

This Program includes the following:

 

* Setting up the new claim form software using SpeedyClaims, templates, training on claim preparation using the new CMS (02/12) form

* Bringing you up to speed with the requirements for Documentation preparation

* Preparation of five (5 claims) from the pre-auth to claim and documentation completion, ready to send out


 

II. MEDICAL BILLING SUPPORT OPTIONS AFTER THE TROUBLESHOOTING PROGRAM OR REFRESHER COURSE

 

OPTION 1:


*Weekly phone support, up to 30 minutes, once a week, for four weeks (4 calls)

*Unlimited review of completed claims that have been uploaded to File Share (HIPAA protected).

*Unlimited review of documentation (LMN's, H&N evals, Op rpts) viewed through File Share (HIPAA protected).

 

OPTION 2:

*BI-Weekly phone support, up to 30 minutes, every other week, for four weeks (2 calls in all)

*Unlimited review of completed claims that have been uploaded to File Share (HIPAA protected).

*Unlimited review of documentation (LMN's, H&N evals, Op rpts) viewed through File Share (HIPAA protected).

 

OPTION 3:

 

*ONE phone support call/month, up to 30 minutes

*Unlimited review of completed claims that have been uploaded to File Share (HIPAA protected).

*Unlimited review of documentation (LMN's, H&N evals, Op rpts) viewed through File Share (HIPAA protected).

 

OPTION 4:

*NO PHONE SUPPORT

*Unlimited review of completed claims that have been uploaded to File Share (HIPAA protected).

*Unlimited review of documentation (LMN's, H&N evals, Op rpts) viewed through File Share (HIPAA protected).

 

 

EMDEON TRAINING: via WebX and phone calls, with billing specialist

 

This Program includes the following:

 

* Emdeon training: three phone calls with client office, unlimited length

* Mapping assistance

* Completion and filing of "dummy claims"

* Batching and uploading from SpeedyClaims

* Filing actual patient claims
