Delivery - Return Policy

At present, we do not engage in the sale or distribution of any physical goods. Accordingly, delivery and return policies are not applicable to our services. Should our offerings change in the future to include physical products, the applicable delivery and return terms will be communicated and made available to all customers at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours of booking: Clients who cancel their reservation within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial booking are entitled to a full refund of any payments made. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the cancellation has been confirmed.

Cancellations after 48 hours but no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event: If a cancellation is made after the forty-eight (48) hour window, but no later than two (2) weeks before the scheduled event date, the client will be entitled to a refund equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total booking amount. The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the booking fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations within two (2) weeks of the event date: Any cancellation occurring within two (2) weeks of the scheduled event date will not be eligible for a refund, and the total booking amount will be forfeited by the client. No exceptions will be made to this policy, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
